"Older structure; could use freshening. Our door had been kicked in and stuck to the point we needed a manager to open it. The key needed to be redone frequently as it kept dropping its code. Surroundings are beautiful, and the view is incredible. The grounds on site were weedy, but look past that to the sunset and the moonrise. Although we had service difficulties, the staff were quick to respond. VERY young staff, and only 2 on duty during a sizeable number of conference registrant's arrivals, and one of them not computer system trained. That's a management issue, not a service quality problem, however. Gracious people to work with when problems arose."

"Ate at restaurant twice, Dinner then breakfast. Both times it took way too long - over two hours - mostly waiting for our food. If I stay there again, I doubt if I eat there."
